For many of us, the holidays are not the hap-hap-happiest time of year!

Between all the pressure we put on ourselves to maintain a perfect diet, please everyone around us, get the most special gifts, and not hurt anyone's feelings, it can become quite miserable.

Family is coming together, including that one uncle who always makes some rude comment about your weight, and a whole smorgasbord of feelings--guilt, shame, anxiety, loneliness, and more--are brought to the table along with the pies and roasts.
